Registration and Account Creation
You may create an account as a learner, instructor, or affiliate. Learners can access purchased courses for a lifetime, instructors can manage course sales, and affiliates can monitor performance. All users must comply with the rules and regulations of Softalk Online Academy.
Account Rules

Guidelines for Learners
Upon creating an account, learners can purchase courses. All course materials are the exclusive property of Softalk Online Academy. Purchased courses are accessible for lifelong learning on the website; however, learners may not download, share, screen record, or replicate course content. Violation of these rules may result in legal action. Learners are encouraged to read these terms thoroughly before purchasing and to review payment methods. Refunds will not be issued after lessons have been opened.
Guidelines for Instructors
Instructors must ensure that course content complies with copyright and plagiarism laws. Promotion on Softalk Online Academy is encouraged, but sharing or advertising on third-party sites is not permitted.
Before signing any contracts, instructors should review the terms, conditions, and privacy policy. After signing, instructors have 15–18 days to submit course materials. Instructors may not resign for three years post-contract but may request resignation after this period, with the course remaining the property of Softalk Online Academy. Instructors are expected to support academy campaigns and events, and they receive 40% of course revenue, with 20% deducted for platform and service fees. Payments are issued in the first week of each month.
Violation of contract terms may lead to legal action and penalties.
Guidelines for Campus Ambassadors
Campus ambassadors must adhere to Softalk Online Academy’s guidelines throughout their contract term. Dedication and adherence to assigned tasks are expected, and ambassadors should reach out for guidance if needed. Resignation is not allowed during the one-year contract, and fines may apply for breaches. Only Softalk Online Academy can terminate ambassadors if necessary.
Payment Withdrawal Limit
Effective January 2024, instructors have a minimum withdrawal limit of 5,000 BDT.
Course Pricing
Course prices may vary based on promotional offers and instructor demands. Softalk Online Academy reserves the right to adjust course prices as needed.
Support for Learners
Instructors provide lifelong support to learners. Each course includes access to exclusive groups on Facebook, where learners can engage and share experiences. Upon purchase, learners should submit payment details via email or Facebook, after which the admin will grant access to the relevant group.
Hiring Policy
Softalk Online Academy adheres to its recruitment policy, which may include paid or unpaid recruitment. A 3–4 month internship period is required, with some paid opportunities available for select roles. All hiring decisions are at the academy’s discretion.
Termination Policy
Softalk Online Academy reserves the right to terminate members, learners, instructors, or employees who violate terms, privacy policies, or contract conditions. Legal action may be taken for significant violations.
Changes and Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, and other policies as needed.
